What types of services do you offer?
We offer all types of artistic services: DJs, musicians, photographers, film directors and editors, performing artists (pyrotechnicians, magicians, caricaturists, dancers…); and techniques: sound system for dance floors, ceremonies, cocktails and meals, light decorations for your room and your exterior, Photobox, spark machines and heavy smoke for your ball opening, audiovisual performances, and plenty of 'others still!
What are the prices of your services?
The prices are tailor-made and established according to your event, the number of guests, and the packages chosen. However, the more services you centralize at Blackstone, the more degressive the rates.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The sooner the better, so we will have as much time as possible to work and organize your event! And you thus reduce the risk that we will be full on the date of your event. But that being said, we adapt to all configurations.
How to obtain a quote ?
We prefer to meet you before sending you a quote, in order to discuss with you around your Big Day and to fully appreciate your tastes and preferences.
Where are the appointments made?
We welcome you in our showroom (in Cergy-Pontoise, 95) or by videoconference (Skype) for couples living far away or abroad.
What is a Blackstone Planner?
This is the person who will be your sole point of contact within Blackstone. She will take care of the organization of your day / evening according to the services booked at Blackstone, and who will coordinate all the actors of your wedding (caterer, room, guests, photographer, other providers). They are experienced organizers who will take the time, with you, to guide you, advise you, and build with you the event of your dreams.
Is the Blackstone Planner service compulsory?
The Blackstone Planner is THE uniqueness of Blackstone Weddings, so it is a service that is automatically included, from the moment you start this journey with us. The service is offered from two reserved artistic packs (for example a Blackstone Music DJ pack and a Blackstone Photography pack).
What musical styles do you play?
We don't have any particular styles, it's our DJs who adapt to your musical tastes. They are not the ones who impose their preferences on you. The mix (live) is personalized to the tastes and origins of your guests. All our DJs are generalists, but they also have musical expertise, which allows us to offer you professionals suited to you.
Is it possible to request a song that is not in the repertoire?
Yes, the mix is still live (no automated playlist), we can adapt at any time. If the request is made in advance, we will schedule it (them). But otherwise, if the request is very specific and it is requested on the evening of your event, we cannot guarantee 100% that we can broadcast it.
How long have you been around?
Soon 15 years of experience in this profession. We're getting old!
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes, which we renew regularly.
Do you need specific equipment or special conditions to be able to work?
No, we adapt to everything!
Can you move?
Yes, everywhere in France and in the world.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, reimbursement is to be expected for places located more than 120 km (round trip) beyond Paris Center, 75 for musical artists (DJs, musicians) and more than 140 km (round trip) beyond Paris Center for photographers and directors.
Do you cover more than one event per day?
Yes.
Do you work alone or in a team?
We work as a team and with more than 200 professional artists and technicians.
How long does the service last?
Each event is unique, we adapt to you!
How much preparation time do you need on D-Day?
Depending on the needs of your event, we will arrive between 2h and 5h before your arrival.
Do you agree to work outdoors?
Yes, but it is imperative that the equipment as well as the personnel be sheltered under a barnum.
Do you bill per hour or per event?
By event.
If necessary, would you be willing to work overtime?
Yes, at an additional cost.
